There is a huge selection of Saxon cakes, tarts and ice cream. Our Meissen specialties include Baumkuchen, wedding cakes, cream truffles, butter tea cakes and gingerbread. In 1992, we were the first confectionery in Saxony to be awarded the CMA seal of approval and in 1997 the gold CMA seal of approval for our Meissen Christmas stollen. We have been recognized several times in Feinschmecker as the top address in Saxony.
