From the hikers' parking lot next to the Hotel Dachsbaude & Kammbaude, you start through the gate of the reforestation and follow the markings of the Seiffner Rundweg (red dot) through the peaceful mixed forest of the Ore Mountains. Once you reach Badstraße, turn left past the Bad Einsiedel inn and follow the Badweg towards Deutscheinsiedel without any major inclines. At the junction with Münzelweg, turn right and then also right onto Göhrener Weg (yellow markings) through the high moor and past Göhrener Teich to Deutscheinsiedel. In the village, we recommend taking a break at the Schmieder bakery. At the church, follow the footpath along Seiffner Straße (yellow markings) and you will find the workshop of carver Volker Kolbe after approx. 200 m. About 200 m after leaving the village, follow the yellow markings and turn right into Neuweg. After 500 m, the yellow sign branches off to the left and you follow it until you reach Anton-Günther-Straße. Below is the wood-turning workshop of Eva Beyer, who is happy to demonstrate her craft. Continue along Anton-Günther-Straße and go straight ahead at the junction with Kurhausstraße. At the end of Anton-Günther-Straße, keep right and after 30 m you come to Glashüttenweg. Turn left here and after approx. 100 m you will reach the Falco Beyer chip tree engraver's. At the small playground, follow Plattenstraße uphill. After a few meters, it is worth looking back down into the valley to the spa town of Seiffen and as far as the Fichtelberg. You can already see your destination. Follow the road a little to the left and you are back at the Hotel Dachsbaude & Kammbaude.
