The river adventure trail shows you how the local watercourses interact. Start at the Rümpfwald parking lot, before the forester's lodge, turn left towards Glauchau. Then turn right towards Niederlungwitz and follow the hiking sign "Rundweg Flusslehrpfad St. Egidien" to the left. Then turn right onto the forest road. After 300 m, turn right past the barrier and later the seating area by the Lungwitzbach stream. You will pass the St. Egidien sports field. The yellow markings lead through the village, along the Mühlgraben and Pfarrweg, at the junction of Schillerstraße/Glauchauer Straße turn right uphill towards Rümpfwald. Straight ahead, past the Elise Schmidt Weg, you reach the starting point at the forester's lodge.
