Start at the orientation board in the Oberholzhau parking lot (near Fischerbaude) > eastwards via Steinbruchweg, Heuweg, Steinkuppe to Torfhaus > continue towards Teichhaus until you reach trail 3 (Bahndamm-Dreitallen trail) > westwards, i.e. turn left and follow trail 3 briefly to Schwarzer Buschweg and follow this uphill to the starting point.
Or:
meet trail 3, turn right and follow trail 3 to Nassau.
