Embedded in a mostly snow-covered historic city centre, traditions and customs become alive on the Christmas market. With its Ore Mountains booths, the pyramid and all kinds of possible presents, it ranks among the most beautiful Christmas markets in the Ore Mountains, the cradle of the famous wood carvings. A cosy Christmas atmosphere surrounds you here with culinary treats according to traditional family recipes. Experience the big miner's parade on the 4th Advent Sunday as highlight, with 1000 people in traditional costumes and 300 miner musicians.
