Summer, sun, vintage
On the weekend of 22/23 July 2023, the time has finally come: the August Horch Museum's first summer festival on the large grounds of AUDI's birthplace will transport visitors into a cosy summer mood without and on four wheels(s).
Families from near and far who are interested in classic cars are especially invited to follow exciting offers in the outdoor area in addition to the regular permanent and special exhibition visit until the evening hours: Vintage car photo station, vintage car tours, special presentation of all vehicle brands represented at the AHM, cocktail bar, tasty barbecue, children's entertainment, handicraft street, cabaret artists, to name but a few. In addition, specialist lectures, shows and live music will provide entertainment.
On Sunday morning, the August Horch Classic will set off on a round trip to Bad Elster in the Vogtland region with around 130 vehicles. Here, too, lucky people can take part as passengers. In the afternoon, the vehicles will arrive back at the August Horch Museum and can be admired. Still others prefer to enjoy the flair of past decades from a deck chair under a straw umbrella.
The credo of this weekend is to switch off and switch on at the same time!
