The third festival of theatre clubs from Schauspiel, Oper and TDJW starts on 23 June 2023!
The ClubFusion, the joint festival of the theatre clubs of Schauspiel Leipzig, Oper Leipzig and TDJW, goes into the third round this summer from 23.06. to 04.07.2023 ! A festival line-up of 15 clubs in 39 events with almost 250 performers awaits the audience on the stages of the three houses. In the open air, ClubFusion celebrates the festival start on Friday, 23.06.2023, from 4 pm in the Richard-Wagner-Hain with music, theatre play and hopefully lots of sun.
The young Leipzig festival format ClubFusion focuses on the themes of the people who meet in the city's various theatre clubs and develop and perform productions under professional guidance. The methodological and aesthetic diversity of the working methods within the clubs is reflected in the creative presentations of the participants. The festival has set itself the goal of sustainably strengthening Leipzig's theatre scene, creating opportunities for participation in culture and art, and enabling open and diverse meeting spaces for people of all ages.
